About Us – Meet the Team Behind Visits London

Visits London was not built in a boardroom. It grew out of a genuine love for this city — its layers of history, its hidden corners, and the stories that most guidebooks never tell. We are a small team of two, both French, both deeply rooted in London, and both passionate about sharing what makes this city so extraordinary.
Why We Started Visits London
London attracts millions of visitors every year, but the way most people experience it rarely scratches the surface. Crowded group tours where you can barely hear the guide. Generic itineraries that hit the big landmarks and nothing else. The feeling that you're just one face in a sea of strangers.
We wanted to do something different. Small groups of no more than 12 people. Expert guides who genuinely know their subject. Transparent pricing with no hidden fees or tip pressure. And tours built around real stories — the kind that make history come alive.
That's what Visits London is: an expert-led walking tour company built on the belief that everyone deserves to experience London properly.
Meet Morgane Pagano — Lead Guide & History Specialist
Morgane grew up in Marseille, France, shaped by two cultures and a deep curiosity about the past. History wasn't just a subject at school — it was something she lived and breathed. Stories, legends, the way the past bleeds into the present: these became her obsessions early on.
In 2019, Morgane moved to London as an au pair. What started as a year abroad quickly turned into something permanent. London, with its dense layers of history stacked on top of each other, was exactly the kind of city she had always been drawn to.
By August 2022, Morgane had become a professional guide. In 2024, she earned her qualification from the Islington Guided Walks programme — a recognised London guiding credential that reflects both her dedication and the depth of her knowledge.
Morgane's specialities are the 16th century and the medieval period. She has a particular fascination with the Knights Templar and the Tudor era — two worlds where power, religion, and intrigue collided in ways that still shape London today. When she tells the story of Anne Boleyn or the secret history of the Templars, you can feel the centuries collapse into the present.
In 2025, Morgane partnered with Jérémie to co-found the guided tour experiences behind both francaisalondres.com and Visits London. Her expertise is the heartbeat of our tours.
Meet Jérémie Raude-Leroy — Co-Founder & Business Director
Jérémie was born in Meaux, just east of Paris, in 1984. He arrived in London in 2009 — and never really left. What started as a curiosity about the city turned into a career built entirely around connecting people with London.
In 2011, Jérémie created the Nuts Pub Crawl, one of London's most popular social events for expats and visitors alike. It was his first real lesson in what makes people fall in love with a city: not the monuments, but the experiences. The conversations. The laughter. The sense of belonging.
In 2017, he founded Français à Londres — a French-language platform and community for French speakers living in and visiting London. The site became a trusted resource, covering everything from local news and culture to practical guides for navigating life in the capital.
Jérémie has always had a technical side. In 2022, he founded Abstract27, a web agency focused on building clean, conversion-driven websites. And in January 2026, he launched Visits London — bringing together his experience in community building, digital marketing, and everything he had learned about what makes a great London experience.
What We Believe
Small groups matter. When there are only 12 people on a tour, everyone can hear the guide, ask questions, and actually connect with the story being told. That's not a luxury — it should be the standard.
Families should be able to explore together without it costing a fortune. That's why children under 18 pay just £2 on every single one of our tours. It's one of the most affordable family-friendly tour prices in London, and we're proud of it.
Transparency is everything. You'll always know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting. No hidden fees, no guilt-tripping about tips, no surprises.
And above all, we believe that the best tours are the ones that make you see a familiar city with completely new eyes — or fall in love with it for the very first time.
