How do I book a tour?

You can book directly on any of our tour pages. Select your preferred date and time, add the number of adults and children, and complete the secure booking form. You'll receive instant confirmation via email.

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, though we'll do our best to help you reschedule.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes! Email us with your booking reference number and we'll help you change the date, time, or number of participants (subject to availability).

Do you offer private tours?

Absolutely! We can arrange private tours for your group. Contact us with your preferred tour, date, group size, and any special requirements. Private tours start from £200.

What if I'm running late?

You will have the contact of your tour guide on your booking. Tours depart promptly, but if you contact us before departure time, we'll do our best to help you catch up with the group or arrange an alternative.

Are your tours wheelchair accessible?

Accessibility varies by tour. Most of our walking tours cover 2-3 miles with some stairs and uneven surfaces. Contact us before booking to discuss your specific needs - we'll recommend the most suitable tour or suggest accommodations we can make.

Do you offer tours in other languages?

Currently, our regular tours are conducted in English. We're developing Spanish-language tours - contact us to express interest and we'll notify you when they launch. For private tours, we can arrange guides in other languages - please inquire.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on our tours except for registered service animals. This ensures all guests can enjoy the tour comfortably, including those with allergies.
